A brief discussion followed a lengthy examination of the overall design on non-daily papers. The judges focused their comments on how well the cover and inside fit together, and the consistency between issues. 

“Other than the covers… the rest of it is very average” - Reagan

“The covers sell that better than it is” -Greg

Again, on the cover: “Boy it let me down as soon as I opened it up”- Greg

 

“The spacing goes to hell, they haven’t figured out the tabloid format”- Greg

“The spacing throughout this is fabulous”- Greg
